Insulation complete!

Mark and Perry finished the insulation last night. Yay!
Tonight, we begin cleaning the floors so we can stain the concrete on Saturday. Could stain Friday night, but we have softball..Priorities people, priorities!

Leaky pipes, faucets and Barnard Pendants!

Mark and I went out today to find that the plumber had hooked up the water to the house. Yay! Not so yay though.. There was a leak in the dishwasher pipe...Thanks to the super long nails they used to hang the siding..It went through the copper pipe! Sigh. Easy fix according to the nice plumber guy. :)
We have outdoor faucets! Woot!
Both barnard pendants are up. Loving them..Will like them a lot more once the door is painted. :)

Insulation and lovely light fixtures!!

Mark and his dad worked most of the weekend on the insulation. It is coming along pretty quickly, I must say!
This is the Pottery Barn sconce that I found on eBay for the front and back porches and beside the garage. Mark got the two on the front porch up last night..Love them! Yay! :)

Thank goodness for Mark! And Perry too! :)

Here is the bonus room with insulation complete. Yay! Mark spent the weekend doing this along with the insulation in the storage room and garage. His dad, Perry, was there the whole time testing all the electrical circuits. Not sure we'd be able to do this without them. Thanks guys!

Siding, fireplace and chimney done!

Front complete with siding..Not real excited about how it looks right now..Hopefully the brick columns, shutters and painted front door will improve the look. :)
